With a HexaTrap subscription, you’ll automatically receive your consumables (refills, attractants, etc.) at the frequency of your choice, without having to remember to order them.
How it works
When you place your order, you choose the product and your preferred delivery frequency. Your bank card details are stored as a secure alias by Monetico Retail (CIC Group). Your consumables are then dispatched and the payment is taken automatically according to the frequency you have chosen.
Terms
Duration: indefinite, with no minimum commitment.
Payment: exclusively via a registered credit card (Cofidis instalment payments are not available for subscriptions).
Right of withdrawal: 14 days from receipt of the first delivery under the subscription.
Suspension and cancellation
You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, via your customer account.
To take effect during the current cycle, the request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date. After this deadline, the order will be dispatched and invoiced as normal, and the cancellation will take effect from the next cycle.
HexaTrap reserves the right to cancel a subscription in the event of a failed direct debit or prolonged failure to return empty CO₂ cylinders.
Subscription with CO₂ cylinder exchange
If your subscription includes CO₂ gas refills, the following additional rules apply:
Ownership of cylinders: the metal cylinders remain the exclusive property of FAVEX. You pay only for the gas and a licence for the temporary use of the container.
Return deadline: 60 calendar days from receipt to return your empty cylinders (prepaid GLS label provided).
Penalty for non-return: €20 (including VAT) per cylinder not returned within the deadline, automatically debited from the registered card.
Exclusive refilling: HexaTrap cylinders must be refilled exclusively by FAVEX or its authorised subcontractors. Any refilling by a third party will immediately void your device’s warranty and release FAVEX from all liability.
