What are your delivery charges and delivery times?

Delivery is FREE for purchases of €39 incl. VAT or more (to your home or a collection point).

  • Below €39 incl. VAT, a flat fee of €6.90 incl. VAT applies.
  • A surcharge of €30 incl. VAT applies to deliveries to Corsica and the islands (eligible products only). Your orders are prepared within a maximum of 2 working days. The average delivery time observed for mainland France is 2 working days.

What delivery options are available and which carrier do you use?

We entrust our shipments to our official carrier, GLS. You can choose home delivery or delivery to a collection point. Note on collection points: this delivery method is limited to parcels not exceeding 30 kg, 120 cm in length and 150 cm in total girth.

Which countries and areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland France and Corsica (excluding French overseas territories and foreign countries). STRICT EXCEPTION FOR CO₂ GAS: under regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods (ADR), delivery of any product containing CO₂ gas (refills, subscriptions, device-and-gas bundles) is strictly limited to CONTINENTAL FRANCE. Corsica is expressly excluded for these specific products.

What should I do when I receive my parcel?

You must inspect the condition of your parcel in the presence of the delivery driver. If the parcel is damaged, make very specific reservations on the delivery note and take photographs. (The statement “subject to unpacking” has no legal value.)

  • In the event of a dispute or breakage: notify our after-sales service by email within 48 hours.
  • In the event of loss (parcel not delivered): notify us within a maximum of 10 days after the dispatch notice so that we can open an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund.
