The Double Action Pack combines two traps that target these key moments.
The HexaTrap attracts adult mosquitoes whilst they are searching for a host, whilst the HexaCatch targets females whilst they are looking for a place to lay their eggs.
Attracting and capturing adult mosquitoes
The HexaTrap mimics human odour using its attractant gel.
Mosquitoes are drawn to the trap and then sucked inside, where they are trapped in the net.
This system works continuously to reduce the number of mosquitoes around your garden.
Preventing mosquitoes from breeding
Female mosquitoes naturally seek out areas of standing water to lay their eggs.
The HexaCatch trap mimics the characteristics of an attractive breeding site. Mosquitoes that approach it enter the trap and become trapped on the adhesive sheet.
By capturing females before they lay their eggs, it is possible to limit reproduction.
A single female can lay several hundred eggs in her lifetime.
A simple solution for your garden
HexaCatch traps operate without electricity, whilst the HexaTrap uses very little power.
The whole system can be easily installed in the garden to create a supplementary trapping system.
