Why combine several traps?
Mosquitoes follow a specific life cycle: they first look for a host to feed on, then for a place to lay their eggs. Each Hexa trap targets a different stage of this cycle. Combining them can reduce mosquitoes around your home more sustainably.
Does this bundle also protect the inside of the home?
Yes. HexaSafe is designed to capture mosquitoes indoors. It complements outdoor traps by intercepting mosquitoes that have entered the house.
People have always sought to eliminate mosquitoes without really understanding their behaviour.
However, mosquitoes follow a very specific life cycle: they seek out a host to feed on, then a place to lay their eggs and reproduce.
The HexaTrap strategy involves intervening at various stages of this cycle in order to achieve a lasting reduction in the mosquito population.
The Total Protection Pack has been designed to implement this strategy around your home.
The HexaTrap trap attracts mosquitoes whilst they are searching for a host.
Thanks to the attractant gel, which mimics human odour, mosquitoes are drawn to the trap and then sucked inside, where they are trapped in the net.
When set up in the garden, it works continuously to reduce the number of mosquitoes around your outdoor space.
HexaCatch traps target female mosquitoes as they search for a place to lay their eggs.
The trap replicates an environment that attracts mosquitoes to lay their eggs. The mosquitoes enter the trap and are caught on the adhesive sheet.
By capturing females before they lay their eggs, it is possible to limit reproduction and gradually reduce the mosquito population.
Even with an effective outdoor trap, some mosquitoes may occasionally enter the house.
The HexaSafe trap captures mosquitoes inside the home using a combination of light and scent to attract them.
Quiet and discreet, it can be used in a bedroom, living room or office.
By combining these three traps, the Total Protection Pack targets several key stages in the mosquito’s life cycle:
This approach helps to reduce the presence of mosquitoes around your home more effectively in the long term.
