Can I change my mind and return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your standard right of withdrawal (return costs are entirely your responsibility). Specific case: subscriptions. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only from receipt of the first subscription delivery.

Can all products be returned?

No. VERY IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: for hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal is cancelled for consumables (attractants, adhesive sheets and CO₂ gas cylinders) if the packaging has been opened or unsealed, or if the safety seal has been removed. Returned products must be in perfect resale condition and in their original, intact packaging.

How do I make a return?
  1. Submit your request through our after-sales service form or by email.
  2. We will provide you with a mandatory return number (RMA) to identify your parcel.
  3. Return the product within 14 days to our logistics platform: SAV FAVEX – 39 Rue de Gombault, 41200 ROMORANTIN LANTHENAY, France.
  4. The refund (including the original delivery costs, except in the event of a partial withdrawal) will be made within 14 days after the condition of the returned product has been approved.
